SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS
- The conference is open to all involved in R&D, teaching, consultancy, planning in the areas of conference themes.
- Interested participants are requested to contribute their papers for oral or poster presentations.
- Abstracts should be typed in MS Word on A4-size paper with 3 cm margins on all sides. Each abstract should be about 250 words (maximum).
- The theme of the conference, title of the paper, name (s) of presenting author and co-author (s), and their address(es), e-mail IDs, and contact number should be typed in capital letters.
- The abstract should be properly edited and typed with 1.5 line spacing (Times New Roman, 12 font) with 4-6 keywords.
- The last date for submission of the abstract is November 24, 2025.
- Award Lectures/Lead Lectures invitees are requested to submit a 1-2-page comprehensive abstract on or before November 15, 2025.
- The name of the presenting author should be underlined.
- The abstracts should accompany the Registration Fee.
- No participant is expected to be a presenting author of more than two abstracts.
- The recommended poster size is 1.00 m x 0.75 m (L x W) portrait.
- English will be the official language of the conference.
